COYOTE STUDIO
WELCOME TO COYOTE STUDIO
Coyote Studio began as an independent illustration service and has evolved into a vibrant multidisciplinary creative hub. Founded by illustrator and designer Abigail Roscoe, we connect clients with skilled artists from diverse backgrounds to your project to life.
From character design for animation to film posters, custom illustrations, merchandise design, and full-service children’s book illustration and layout, Abigail brings deep expertise in visual storytelling. With the recent addition of sound designer and music producer Liv Kurt, whose immersive audio work has been featured in Swiss galleries, we now offer a fully integrated creative experience.
Musicians can now record their sessions with Liv and receive custom cover art from Abigail, crafted in real time and inspired by the music itself. This one-of-a-kind, collaborative process results in powerful, cohesive art.
As a queer and disabled-led studio, we’re committed to accessibility, representation, and radically inclusive storytelling. Abigail is a disabled Mexican Canadian artist, and Liv is a transgender woman. Together, we centre lived experience in everything we do. Whether it’s making children’s books more accessible or crafting unique soundscapes, we believe creativity should be a space where everyone feels seen.
We’re also proud to share our ongoing projects including The Sixth Sun, Abigail’s most ambitious work to date. This project blends Aztec mythology with themes of climate crisis and hope. It follows a musician visited by the Aztec trickster god Huehuecóyotl, who shows him how the world will end. Instead of surrendering to despair, he begins creating meaning in the time that remains, unknowingly setting off a ripple effect of defiant hope.
